Boxers & Trunks
Boxers and trunks are the everyday underwear end of our men's range. Soft, supportive, well made cotton, modal and microfibre blends, plus the dressier wetlook, mesh and fetish styles for evenings that need a bit more.
Cuts. Trunks sit shorter on the leg with a snug fit; the most modern silhouette and the easiest to wear under fitted clothing. Boxer briefs run longer down the thigh, useful for taller wearers and sport. Long leg boxer briefs are even longer, often used as base layers in winter.
Materials. Cotton is the everyday fabric. Modal and bamboo blends are softer and dry faster. Microfibre is silky and forgiving in the wash. Mesh, lace, fishnet and wetlook lean dressier or fetish.
Sizing. Most brands size by waist (S 28-30, M 30-32, L 32-34, XL 34-36); each listing carries the brand chart. The waistband should sit snug; pouch fit matters most for comfort.

Boxers and Trunks: Familiar Shape, Better Everything Else
If you're someone who prefers the shape and coverage of boxers or trunks but wants something that looks a bit more intentional than your supermarket multipack, you're in the right place. Our range takes the familiar silhouette and upgrades it with better fabrics, more interesting designs, and construction that actually supports rather than just covers. Same comfort zone, much better results.
Boxers vs Trunks: What's the Difference?
Boxers are the longer, looser style with a leg that extends partway down the thigh. They're relaxed, breathable, and offer the most coverage in the mens underwear family. Trunks are the shorter, more fitted version. They sit closer to the body, have a shorter leg, and provide more support. Think of trunks as the halfway point between boxers and briefs.
In our range, both come in fabrics beyond basic cotton. You'll find stretch mesh, microfibre, enhancing pouch designs, and styles with cut-out or see-through panels that add visual interest without completely abandoning the boxer/trunk silhouette.
Everyday Comfort Meets Bedroom Appeal
Fitted trunks are the most versatile everyday underwear for men. They work under everything from jeans to suits, provide good support, and don't bunch or ride up the way looser boxers can. For a date night or bedroom situation, mesh trunks or enhancing pouch styles elevate the look without venturing too far from what feels normal.
Looser-fit boxers are great for lounging at home and for sleeping in. They're the most breathable option and give you the most freedom of movement. If you're buying boxers specifically to be seen, the fitted versions look significantly better than the baggy traditional cut.
Keeping Boxers and Trunks Looking Good
Machine wash on a cool cycle. Use a mesh bag for any pair with mesh panels or delicate fabric. Avoid high heat in both the wash and the dryer, because heat kills elastic faster than anything else. If you want your boxers and trunks to keep their shape and support for months rather than weeks, air dry them. It takes a bit longer but the difference in longevity is real.
Why Upgrading from Basic Boxers Matters
The right pair of trunks does for your silhouette what a good pair of jeans does for your legs. Fitted trunks with a supportive pouch create a clean shape under clothing, hold everything in place during the day, and look good enough that you won't mind being seen in them. The upgrade from shapeless cotton boxers to properly fitted trunks is one of those small changes that makes you wonder why you didn't do it sooner.
Getting the Fit Right
For trunks, the waist and thigh measurements both matter. Too tight through the thigh and they'll ride up constantly. Too loose and they bunch under trousers. The ideal fit is snug through the waist and comfortable through the leg without being restrictive.
Leg length varies between brands. Some trunks have a very short leg that sits almost like a brief. Others extend further down the thigh. Shorter legs work better under slim trousers. Longer legs provide more coverage and prevent thigh chafing, which makes them popular for active days or warmer weather.
Basic vs Premium Boxers and Trunks
Budget boxers and trunks tend to use single-layer cotton that stretches out of shape and loses its elastic within a few months. Premium options use blended fabrics with better stretch recovery, reinforced waistbands that don't curl or roll, and shaped pouches that maintain their support over time. The seat and leg seams are also better finished, which means less chafing and a smoother look under clothes. If you're wearing them every day, spending £15 to £25 on a pair that lasts is significantly better value than replacing cheap pairs every couple of months.
